Shit. I was feeling good about my blatant guess. A lot better on that one than on some of my other blatant guesses. This does not bode well...
As I said, two points, baby, here I come!
I said it was Keith's family reunion, that is to say, his kids he had by Anita and her getting back together again for a little reunion. I knew that was a wild guess, because I have no idea what Marlon or Angela look like, and I knew Anita went through a transformation very similar to her partner-in-sin Keith.
Now knowing that it's incorrect, I will submit a second theory, the theory I originally had before our man Gerardo clarified the question.
It's Keith, with Anita, and Jack Bruce with his woman during the making of the "Something" promo video.
Only for some reason, Keith is circa 1983.
Ahhhhhhhshit! Now I know what is! Just writing "circa 1983" gave it to me...

part of the bar in the "Waiting on a Friend" video after
the shoot had taken place or something?

Well, since the evaluation is now on a cross check process I'm gonna give you the answer and some additional information
It was during the rehearsals of the movie Past All Dishonor
Keith was on the verge of making his long-awaited acting debut that never was concluded. He was tentatively set to star in a movie version of the James M. Cain steamer Past All Dishonor. He was supposed to play a pianist in an 1860s bordello. Patti co-stared as a prostitute, the pianist interest was the bodello's madam played by Lois Chiles.
Keith was also asked to compose some music for the soundtrack. The movie was not finished for many reasons, one was that Keith is a real bad actor LOL but also because the European tour schedule  the budget and many more.
Directing was Blaine Novak and the film producer and leader was Sean Ferrer.

I can't figure out why the participants didn't answer at least that Keith and Patti are in the photo, this means 0.25 points and are really easy, 0.25 makes the difference when a competition like this is being evaluated
