mac_daddy just passing the info along...

http://www.farealert.net/deal/hoxton

The new Hoxton Hotel in London is offering rooms for just 1GBP/night (including VAT, wifi, and breakfast). The 1GBP rooms are extremely limited in dates (and may not be available until Tuesday), but it appears they are also offering 29GBP rates for many nights (they advertise their lowest rate at 59GBP)! These rates also include VAT. To book, go to the hotel's website and select your dates.

Actually, international flights are equipped with several movies for you to watch and some even have music! You have a choice of several "radio stations" (It's actually recorded.) Or some have albums for you to choose from.

The flight from San Francisco is only 10 hours. They give you two meals and a snack. And, if you must get drunk, you can buy alcohol on the plane.

I dont think tourism is affected much at all. More people are concerned with the hassle of flying OUT of the country than IN to it

Simple answer would be that its a new hotel and its an initial limited offer. However on checking the home page, it doesnt actually open until 1st September

British Airways has tvs for each seat. Up to date movies, tv shows, the news, music, etc.

Drinks are free, but their red wine if foul tasting.

No pics. These boards have too many seriously mentally ill people on them. A small minority, but I shall not take chances.

Hi Sophia,

They don't upset me - they make me laugh. Nothing funnier than seeing guys act like idiots and type with their 3 inchers. It's a hoot.
