I just bought it in `Rock Gallery´` here in São Paulo. What amazing performance! maybe the best of their career. It´s very fast, Charlie is over the top,Mick´s vocal in Love in Vain is fantastic and Mick Taylor solos too.Keith was demoniac leading the band and singing very well the harmonies .Happy version is the best with Mick sharing the microphone with Keith. After 23 years hearing the band, finally i found it and in excellent quality.
Para a galera que mora aqui no Brazil, segundo andar da galeria do rock em frente a escada rolante. Valeu!
Please, anyone knows what locations it was recorded?
The new tour is coming! God bless the Stones! |

the music/performance is driving and intense - everyone was at thier best..mick - not pseudo-prancing/posturing so much but actually SINGING...and keith was, yes - demonic...and taylor - beautiful.
i'm waiting for a new generation to rediscover this shit... |

Yes Skewed + Keefed burnt me a copy and it's truly, simply awesome!!!!!!!!!
I find Taylor takes the soloing a little too far sometimes and this continued until he left the bad. Yes he's great but sometimes he's too high in the mix. Perhaps this could be contentious...but it's my opinion. |

There were two shows on both locations
To be more specific it was the second show of Fort Worth and the first show of Houston |

I agree, but even I won't say anything bad about this legendary movie OR Taylor, who was nearing his zenith. Why this hasn't been officially released is beyond me.
I think "Bye Bye Johnny" on here might be the greatest single Stones performance ever captured on film. |

i used to play with a guy who was always trying to drown everybody out, so i couldn't hear myself and turn up, and up....but i could never tell what i was doing - so people would tell me later that I was too loud!
keith was always trying to drown out taylor, and if you've ever played with someone like that - you're just trying to hear yourself and sometimes unaware of how loud you are....
taylor challenged keith in ways no one ever had or has since - and that raised his level of playing....
you'd think with the stones shirts being so trendy now, the stones would highlight it with a retrospective collection from those years - why they haven't is a mystery..... |
