The Rolling Stones USA Collection Series?

I just wanted to know if this collection is REALLY remastered like the ABKCO 2002 remastered edition where they really improved the sound a lot. In other simple words... WTF is this collection about ???

Break The Spell

Glad I didn't buy any, they were tempting in the store however. Its insane to pay an extra 5 dollars for just a different cardboard cover of the album if there's no sound upgrade or bonus tracks included!!
