Keef's girl on track

HER father is known for living life in the rock and roll circus.

Now Theodora Richards, daughter of Rolling Stone's guitarist Keith, is set to join the Formula One circus.

Theodora, who celebrated her 21st birthday this weekend, will be partying with the stars of the F1 carnival as the Foster's Australian Grand Prix Celebrity Ambassador later this month.

After weeks of secret negotiations, the contract was signed on Thursday.

The uber-cool blonde is treading gently in the footsteps of her mother, former 1970s supermodel Patti Hansen, having appeared in campaigns for the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Morgan, and Guerlain and alongside another Rolling Stones kid, Elizabeth Jagger, in a British department store advertisement.

She has also sent camera shutters whirring when taking to the catwalk for designers such as Karen Walker.

The striking fashion plate has not ruled out dabbling in music -- like her dad.

"I don't just want to model. I want to have a go at everything -- acting, singing," she said in an interview.

Theodora and her younger sister Alexandra are no strangers to Australia. Richards is often accompanied by his family when on tour with the Stones.

The band will be back in Melbourne on April 13 with their A Bigger Bang show. They will play only one show at Rod Laver Arena before heading to New Zealand.
