Ok, I dowloaded Azureus, as well as Foobar for immediate playback of downloaded flac files.
I went to Zombtracker and registerd and tried to download "Leeds/Lungs". It said the file was 300MB total. So I started downloading and its taken two hours for just 5MB to arrive. Then it indicated that it was no longer downloading. Does this have to do with "peers" or "swarm". I don't understand.
Also, when i checked my song folder, it appeared that a couple of songs were there. When I tried to play them via foobar, i got the following message:
Unable to open item for playback (Unsupported format or corrupted file):
"C:\Documents and Settings\margro\My Documents\Azureus Downloads\Rolling Stones Get Your Leeds Lungs Out CD\rsleedslungs3-13-71t01.flac"
Can anybody offer an explanation. Much appreciated.

You wont be able to play the songs until their download is complete
If you look at the box which shows the progress of your download and click "details" it will show you the % of completed downloaded for every track
As for the speed of the download - is this a new torrent? There might not be many seeders active at present with a completed download. Once there are, it should speed up quickly.
The Leeds show isnt even an hour long, so it shouldnt take more than a few hours to download it if there are plenty of seeders and leeches
Edit : Ive just found your torrent.
http://zombtracker.the-zomb.com/details.php?id=10504&dllist=1#seeders
Its been there for 4 months, and its almost inactive now - one seeder and no leechers. That probably explains why the download is very slow, although as the seeder doesnt appear to be firewalled I would have thought it would have progressed faster than that.
