Rob told us today some interesting stories about those days:
Keith was there for ten days, then he went to Mexico City to shoot the "I Go Wild" video arriving to Mexico City on January 7 or 8
He was Keith's closest pal during not just those 10 days, but later as after inviting Rob to have dinner at his home in Zihuatanejo Keith invited Rob (and as many friends as he wanted) to the shows in Mexico City on Jaunary 14-20, not just that also to the M&G giving him access to the VIP areas. Lucky bastard!! hehe
"It was luck, to be in the right place at the right time"
He took a bottle of mezcal (the typical drink from that state, the one with the worm), well in fact a couple of bottles as one dissapeared in the way to Mexico City. The cops busted him but he bribed them or just distracted them LOL
According to Rob, in the last show here Keith was at least under the influence of authentic Mezcal from the state of Guerrero also the state producing the best weed in the country after Michoacán.
In his own Spanish:
Entonces puedo decirles con certitud que Keith estaba bajo la influencia del mezcal de Guerrero durante su último concierto en México y por eso tocó tan sabroso esa noche!
Ya puedo morir contento
