Amos Lee opened for Bob at the Bushkill show in.....2003 I think.
I didn't pay much attention to him because he didn't impress me from the start. Might be cool if some of his shows are taped.
I'd have to check out his website and grab some music bytes to give him another listen. |

DYLAN, HAGGARD TO CO-HEADLINE AUDITORIUM THEATRE IN APRIL
Chicago SunTimes
January 31, 2005
Bob Dylan and Merle Haggard, America's most spiritual descendants of Woody Guthrie, are hooking up for a U.S. tour.
The tour, which also features singer-songwriter Amos Lee, will hit the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago on April 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6. Prices are still undetermined, but tickets will go on sale at 11 a.m. Feb. 19.
Dylan and his band and Haggard and his band, the Strangers, will kick off the tour March 7 in Seattle. Dylan, who is following up last summer's critically acclaimed tour of minor league baseball parks with Willie Nelson, plays Chicago on a regular basis, but Haggard hasn't appeared here since April 1998.

Dylan's band is phenomenal. Top notch players who really rock the shit out of his entire catalog. They've got a country rock, bluesy & rockabilly vibe. I've been floored everytime I've seen them. |

Pam, I went to the venue info yesterday to see if I could tell whether or not the orchestra section has bolted in seats or if they are removable. I cannot tell. Do you know specifically about that? Have you ever been to this venue before?
Are you shooting for all 5 nights? I have a cash flow problem (I know, I know, what's new) that I have to figure out, but as of now we plan to come up if we can make that work. I am hoping we can make it in for the entire week. :-)
peace over and out for now,

Oakland is $46 - 66
LA is $50 - 72
So, I'd guess the rest of the shows (with the exception of Las Vegas which is about $125 top price and which isnt a Dylan/Haggard double-header) would be in that price area

"dont forget the $10 convenience fee per ticket..."
I've never felt that fee to be very "convenient" and it can be higher than 10 bucks depending on the venue.....watch those pennies!
So, have you copped your tickets yet macd? Fingers still crossed and prayers are beng sent hourly from OH!
And....I got something wonderful from you in yesterday's mail. :-)
love and peace,
