They played at the University and they made it into the yearbook. I got a copy of it off eBay. |

Ok, I had to go look at the yearbook again. Just one small pic was included---Brian looking right at the camera, Keith tuning his guitar, the back of Charlie's head, and Stu looking at Brian. The commentary just said something like "From Shakespeare to the Stones, the entertainment at Southern U. ran the gamut..." blah blah. They had pix of the Highwaymen, Dionne Warwick, and the local college band {I assume}, the Roemans..lol Pretty cool to have the Stones at your school--and in your yearbook! All I have in mine is Jesse Jackson...lol

Yeah, this was in 1970 and he had his Rainbow Coalition going and Operation Bread Basket, or something like that, in Chicago. He had a big 'fro and I really don't remember much of what he said. But he was a pretty big deal in the Chicago area, so all my friends and I went down to the gym to hear him...lol |
