Lisa Fischer

Lisa Fischer is a Grammy Award-winning artist for her vocal performance in the single How Can I Ease the Pain? From the album So Intense. Lisa has sung background for artists such as Luther Vandross, Chaka Khan, Stevie Wonder, Toni Braxton, Seal, Mary J. Blige and many others. She also sings in the Disney animated film "Hercules" and has sung and arranged vocals for the group Nuyorican Soul on the song "Black Gold of the Sun," originally recorded by Rotary Connection with Minnie Ripperton.

This year Lisa is featured on Luther Vandross Your Secret Love Album, on the duet Whether Or Not the World Gets Bigger, and she is also featured on Grover Washington s Christmas album on a song called Breath of Heaven which was written by Amy Grant.

Lisa is currently writing songs for her new project with Phil Galdstan (writer of "Save the Best For Last’) and Tom Hammer (producer and songwriter). She says of these projects, "This is the time to explore and feel the magic and the healing of music and with these writers I feel I have the freedom to do so."

Lisa is truly looking forward to touring with the Stones again. She says, "As much as I watch and learn around the group, there’s always another trick up their sleeves." She’s very thankful for the opportunity to learn once again.
