Jair, a camel toe is the impression a woman's vaginal lips make on her clothing -- the idea being that the indention between resembles the toe of a dromedary. beer's filthy imagination takes the camel toe reference, adds some menstruation illustration into the mix, and treats us all to a messy mental picture.
Personally, I don't know that corgi's "camel toe" in that picture is actually a camel toe. It's going in a mighty strange direction to be a proper c-t.
Sometimes a fold in the clothes is just a fold in the clothes.
