Top Albums of 2005

15. “A Bigger Bang” -- The Rolling Stones
The first really good Stones album through and through since 1981’s “Tattoo You.” “Rough Justice” was just smarmy enough to be a calling card. “Streets of Love” and “Biggest Mistake” should have been huge. Like Stevie Wonder, completely and miserably handled by a record company that either didn’t care or didn’t have a clue.

egon i'm still hoping for that xmas boost.

ABB (die speciale editione) would most definitely make
a nice xmas gift for under the tree.

souldoggie Soldatti, could you please update the sales figures and chart positions on Bigger Bang and Rareties?
Sales and positions by week would be great.
Also the singles.
Thanks in advance.

RARITIES
03/12/2005 - Week 00 - ###### (91 / 91) (street violations)
10/12/2005 - Week 01 - No. 76 (21,871 / 21,962)

Out of the chart this week, but the #200 album did well over 13,000 copies so I guess that Rarities has sold another 10-12k and the total is +55,000.

Rarities is out, but Jump Back re-entered the Top 200 again at #192 with 14,110 copies and 649,646 so far. This is the 56th week on the Top 200 for this album, their best charting album in weeks since Tattoo You (58 wks)

Of course, it's only 77,000 copies away from the mark and this week will sell the same, at least, so the total will be very close to 450k the next week.
The total worldwide is 2.200,000 so far.
