VoodooChileInWOnderl Model ELIZABETH JAGGER's acting dreams were cruelly shattered by one studio's bizarre take on her favourite book ALICE IN WONDERLAND.

The 19-year-old daughter of ROLLING STONES legend MICK had dreamed of playing LEWIS CARROLL's young heroine since falling in love with the tome as a child. But when she arrived in Los Angeles to discuss the project, Elizabeth was horrified by what she was told.

She says, "I'm totally obsessed with Alice In Wonderland. I flew to Los Angeles for a casting for an Alice film. I was trying to impress them with my knowledge of the book.

"But in true LA style Alice was going to be American and a junkie and the WHITE RABBIT was something to do with a weird heroin dream.

"I left before I heard any more. It was too depressing."
