Hot leather outfit..shitty song performance..also, "guests" were boring as hell(Bo Disddley sucked, as did Robert Cray).

The timing was quite off on the first verse of Stop Breaking Down (see "The Salt Lake Incident")

wouldnt you know it.... they left in ALL the Whoopie Goldberg moments.

in hindsight, Whoopie onstage singing JJ Flash & Sweet Virgina was Phase 1 of the Humiliation Years. It was a catastrophic event that started a slow snowball of horriffic moments in Stones lure, including "The Timberlake Incidient", "The Clifford Sessions", "The Soap Opera Fiasco", "The Disney Inflatables", "The Starbucks Dibacle" and ultimately culminating in "The Salt Lake Incident"

poor Keith can only use his arthritic fingers to clog the whole in the damn for so long... I fear a tidal wave of embarrassment is forthcoming.... Stones fans, brace yourself for.... "THE SUPER BOWL HALFTIME SUCKTRAVAGANZA"!!!!

Ironic how the humiliation began in Miami....just outside Boca Raton.

watching her sit there and sing with Bernard was a true low point! Just imagine if U2 had been trying to take over "greatest rock and roll band" title at that point

Nellcote I'd give anything to see anyone confront
one of the Stones in person with all of
the negative rubbish which is spewed here about the Stones.
No guts-No glory.
When I met Bill Wyman I was in awe, despite
the solo lp's which brought us "I'll Pull~You Throw".
He is a Rolling Stone
So they sing with Timberlake,
So they are on DOOL.
They are what they are.
They are human.
They continue to be in the public eye.
They are part of our culture.
They know exactly what they are doing.
And they do not care if you like them or not.
They are The Greatest Rock N Roll Band In The World.
As I say constantly, you will be sorry when they are gone.

You are true stones fan! I was honored to shake your hand in Boston!
December 14th, 2005 03:56 PM
jb I was honored to meet zNellcote as well........sadly, the Colts are going to go undefeated as even the Patriots cannot stop them.........
December 14th, 2005 04:02 PM
Nellcote Gentlemen, it was great to be greeted in true Stones style in several venues this summa.
Here's hoping for more in '06.
Sadly JB, the motor in Foxboro has turned up
to typical December levels.
Do not for a minute discount the fact that
Belichik is not the master of playoff football.
Besides, look for his spirit to increase, probably
dedicating this year to his late father, a giant in
college football coaching.
Now really, in a pressure game, do you want
Peyton Manning, who has won nothing,
Or Tom Brady, who has been to the promised land
three out of the last four years?
You've not been blinded by Dan Marino have you?
December 14th, 2005 11:40 PM
glencar Nellcote, you are a true Stones fan. What do you think about the Block Crows?
