You start collecting '99 shows with

a) the worst quality one and
b) the show that was the hardest to find (it didnt circulate at all until I tracked it down a few months ago..)

There have been a few torrented on DIME in the last couple of months. 1999 was the year when a lot of ALDs were made, for both the Stones and Springsteen tours.

It took me a while but lately the Dime sign up screen has been popping up.Just keep checking back.But be warned...you must be quick or you'll lose out.Have a nick ready..less than 12 characters..use numbers in it because many are already taken (like my gimmekeef!)..and have a passcode with more than 6 letters.So when it pops up get to work and you'll get in..its worth the wait...Good luck
