Topic: Fanny Mae=West Coast Promo Man?? Return to archive
December 9th, 2004 02:18 PM
gimmekeef Heard a song on Beet Beet at the Beeb (old BBC Radio shows) called Fanny Mae which the Stones covered in 63-64...It sounds to me like they lifted Under Assistant West Coast Promotion Man directly from this tune.....

gimmekeef The Stones (I believe) may have used Fanny Mae and wrote Under Assistant which sounds to me a direct copy....
