Wow, if you have not heard the Stones unreleased cover version of "Drift Away" I highly recommend it.I got it on an outake cd "Its Only Goats Head Soup"..I think its stunning and would be huge even if released today... |

IORR came out a few months before that, I think.
I think the more likely reason was that they already had one cover version on the album, "Aint Too Proud To Beg" |
