Jair I'm trying to make a top ten list, but it's hard.
Anyway, here're some:

1 - How To Dismantle... - U2
2 - To The 5 Boroughs - Beastie Boys
3 - Greendale - Neil Young (not sure if is from 2004)
4 - Mind, Body & Soul - Josh Stone
5 - The Cure - The Cure
6 - Live Licks - Rolling Stones

I'll have to try harder, or include 2003 releases...

J.J.Flash Alice Cooper - The Eyes of Alice Cooper (released on 2003)
Every Stones fan should listen to this one, I swear the God....what a rock'n'roll album, full of energy. This one was expected to conclude a trilogy (started with Brutal Planet and followed by Dragontown). Surprisingly, it has nothing to do with the 2 previous. "Novocaine" is a typical "hey, is this one of that Keith signature riffs". Mac Daddy, go check this one. You won't regret. Later you tell me. This album is like a return to the seventies, like revisiting the classic Alice Cooper Group period (until 75).

Saint Sway Rich Robinson - "Paper"
Drive By Truckers - "Dirty South"
Steve Earle - "The Revolution Starts Now"

re-issues:
The Faces - "Five Guys Walk Into A Bar" box set
Pearl Jam - "Rearview Mirror"
Toots & The Maytals - "True Love" (lets face it, its reworked versions of his old songs)
