Over at Wolfgang's Vault is a 1983 Richards interview where he claims to have seen several versions of CSB. He paints his own personal copy as the "seamy backside of rock and roll", "you really have to want to watch this", "like watching the only copy of Birth of A Nation".
He eventually though (IMO) nearly brushes off the whole project saying, "it didn't get major distribution", "the legend is probably bigger than the actual movie", "it's not that interesting", "I don't know how interested people would be in seeing it", "more of a period piece".
When will we see the Stones' vault open up? Or will we ever? I'm so ready!

In LA, we now will have to say "N-word, please" as the Nanny State expands again. |
