I was at that show! Hyde Park 1996, with both Clapton and The Who's performance of Quadrophenia on the same bill - and a crowd of over 150,000!
The nutter in the crowd with the big hat is the legendary Lambchop, one of Bob's most rabid fanatics. Bob has even namechecked him from the stage on a few occasions.

aside from the incredible performance, watch out for two things - the closest thing you'll ever see to Bob Dylan dancing and also him getting so into the performance that about 3 minutes in he whacks his mic stand with the guitar and carries on without missing a beat.
and from another tribute show, Dylans one off performance of his 'restless farewell' from Sinatra's 80th birthday celebration in 1995. Every other artist played a Sinatra song, but the Chairman specifically requested that Bob play THIS - even though dylan had never performed it live in the 30 plus years since he'd written it. Frank obviously identifified with the lyrics - especially the last verse
