Ten Thousand Motels Keith Richards turns Depp's trailer into Moroccan harem!

Washington, Dec 5 (ANI): It seems that his 'Pirates of the Caribbean' character is not the only thing that Johnny Depp is modelling on Keith Richards, for he's now receiving interior decorating advice from the Rolling Stones guitarist.

Richards, who is getting set to play Depp's character Captain Jack Sparrow's father in the third movie of the trilogy, is famous for his love of North African fashion.

He regularly decks his hotel and dressing rooms with vibrant fabrics, candles and low lighting.

Now, it seems that Depp too is taking out a page out of Richards' book, for he has reportedly spent thousands of pounds decorating his trailer on the set of his new movie Sweeney Todd with Moroccan drapes, dozens of candles and hubbly-bubbly pipes, reports Contactmusic.

However, rumour has it that Johnny, who goes to great depths to get into character, is taking things to a new height for his role as Benjamin Barker, the barber who collects human parts for his fellow tenant Mrs. Lovett`s meat pies in 'Sweeney Todd', by slitting imaginary throats to the soundtrack of Dies Irae (Day Of Wrath) - the 13th century Latin Hymn traditionally used in the Roman Catholic Requiem Mass.

Depp's new movie is an adaptation of Stephen Sondheim musical, and is slated for release in late 2007. (ANI)
