iso is an image or a snap shot of a cd or dvd, it's a perfect copy of the disk. by the way if your hard drive format is fat 32 you may have problem with it because i think it won't take bigger than 2g in a straigh file and that's what those iso file are all about, only one file.
so a dvd is usually 4 gb, could be the first problem.
you have two choice
1- using nero go to burn image and direct the dialogue to that iso file
2-or you can mount the iso file with daemons tools, it's like a virtual drive here's the link
http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php?mode=ViewCategory&catid=5
just download the daemon tolls 4.00 which is the second one
the one with x64 is if you have a 64 bit computer
if you got more problem let me know |

You can also open it with Win RAR. It works just like a zipped file.

VLC media player will play ISO files as-is. It will actually play pretty much anything you throw at it.

It's also great cause you can get the "no-install" package and just copy it to your drive and play anything, including DVD's - great for those poor buggers that don't have install rights on their work laptops and want to bring along some entertainment for a trip. ;-)
Oh yeah... it's FREE. there, now there's proof I aint a salesman. |
