mac_daddy could someone please explain this...?

i assume it has to do with brian jones. is that the replacement bronze in the foreground..? i thought it was outdoors in a park; the shot of the christmas tree looks like it inside a shopping mall...

not trying to be an a$$, i am genuinely curious. tia for any info
