egon Being the IDIOT that i am, I bought it today.

Fanatstic videos, amazing interview, incredible remix...

WOW!

Now excuse me while i go and kick myself in the head.

pdog Word!
December 3rd, 2005 04:41 PM
stones40 Well worth buying for the footage plus another 2 great rock songs by the Stones - Under the Radar/We Don't want to come Home.
December 3rd, 2005 07:32 PM
egon you must have bought a different version then me..
December 3rd, 2005 09:47 PM
Soldatti I bought it too, but you know, I'm a sucker too. Let's wait the new edition in few months with the 2 bonus tracks in the original CD as tracks 17 & 18.
December 3rd, 2005 10:27 PM
glencar I haven't bought it yet but I'm about to.
December 4th, 2005 05:57 AM
egon The main reason i bought it is for the 2 extra songs.
But these 2 songs are on the DVD and not on the CD.
So i can't play it anywhere else, nor copy it to a cd or
or put it on my mp3 player.

The interview is just big joke.
Actually it's not a joke, cos i wasn't laughing (but nearly died),
it's shit beyond believe!

The videos.... It's a matter of taste i guess,
but i have seen them ones and that was more than enough.
They only decent video (rain fell down, hot chicks!)
isn't even on there.

The remix. 2 words: aching balls.

And last, but not least, the lyrics section.
Yes, they put the lyrics ON the dvd.
the lyrics that are already in the booklet.
Isn't that great?!
It's only too bad that the lyrics of the 2 new songs are nowhere to be found.

So I say: "DON'T BUY IT".

But of course, like me, you will.

If it wasn't ilegal i would say; "why don't you email me,
and i'll send you a free copy".
Of course it IS ilegal, so i would never say that....

Honky Tonk Man I'm not going to buy it. A few years ago I would of done, but I've learnt not to pander to my obsession anymore. I have zero £ too!

I've already seen the interview on VH1 Classic and I've seen the Streets Of Love video too.

I have Under The Rader, We Don't Wanna Go Home and Hurricane on MP3 grouped together as "A Bigger Bang Extra's"

I'm going to convert the A Bigger Bang tracks to MP3 files, so I can add the extra's on and then I'll have one nice nineteen-track album. I think I'm going to mix up the track listing too

I just bought it tonight at Best buy. Streets of Love with the bar scene is a good video. I liked it. Rough Justice video was hot. Intro was cool. Not too much though. They never show you like an hour of when they record like Metalica or something. Just a taste then it's over.

All in All it is fair. Content is good just no big deal is all. If your gonna buy the album might as wll throw in another eight bucks and bet the whole sha-bang....or Bigger bang, if you will.

Boy, it sure would be nice of someone - anyone, really - to upload Hurricane somewhere for a poor boy like me to download.

Egon,

Don't call yourself an idiot - you'd better call your mental condition as being "slightly limited" - therefore you got a perfect edition, whatever it may have.

Don't forget to press the "replay" button on your drive - that way, you'll have your time all the time:

LOL
this limited edition just shows how limited are the Stones nowadays!

Lethargy Can't be a bigger ripoff than Rarities, which actually has previously released tracks on it. Hello: note to Stones - if you've released it before, and all the fans have it, then it's not a rarity. Neither are cheesy remixes of 80's singles.
December 5th, 2005 04:01 PM
egon guess what? i bought that too!

Me too, and I'm so ashamed. The fact that I bought it in starbucks for $18 USD was just the final insult. I'm such a sucker.

corgi37 I have absolutely no interest in parting with anymore cash for anything ABB related. Ever. Except a tour dvd next year.

I'm getting a authentic world poker tour kit from Santa. And, a new cymbal.

That will do me.
