JUSTIN REGRETS STONES SHOW
JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE regrets opening for the ROLLING STONES at their Toronto, Canada, benefit concert this summer (03) - because he felt totally out of place.
The pop superstar performed amid a rock-heavy line-up and was pelted by fans.
He says, "You look at the set list and you see who was playing. I should not have been there."
But the singer is proud of the fact he stood his ground and refused to be intimidated by fans who didn't want him there.
He adds, "I think when you're playing for half a million people you can't let 100 or 200 who are sitting in the front get you down."

Justin was a strange inclusion for that concert. I'd think it would be hard to open for the Stones, but they have had some great groups open for them, ZZtop, Ike & Tina, and several others. Who, in your opinion was the best opener and the worse, that you've seen or heard about. Gar |

to this day, i have never bothered with the opening act, just go to see the stones....well, i walked past thorougood and the destroyers, but never heard them play.
