they played beatles music on the classic rock station most, if not all day.

I was undergoing cancer treatment the same time George was.
I remember he died 2 days after my last chemo treatment.
It was really sad.... No one deserves to die at 58
{unless you are just a horrible murderer or abuser}. RIP.

Thx Sioux... Smoking is stupid, and I know it, and it kills, and I know that... It's very tough, but I stopped for three years, so I know what is possible. i also know if I smoke one now, I won't like it. I can't fixate on enjoying it, and that helps.
and FOTP, i'm not worried about what i'm eating, I'm pretty active nowadays.

Both my parents were able to stop smoking without using any nicotine products like patches, gum etc. They smoked at least a pack a day for over 25 years and still managed to stop, but damn they became irritable.

I never intended humor..it was a very serious sentiment and desire. I have no use for Beatles, dead or alive. As for cancer, I just posted the other day howe important testicular examinations are (see Testiclke thread Newbie).
