My mate just called to let me know that he got tickets to go see Judas Priest & the Scorpions at the birmingham NEC on March - Groovy, My neck should be hurting the day after.
by the by anyone else going from here? we could have a beer in the bar!
Went to see Whitesnake last week, deep Purple before that and i got the Tubes next week. live gigs rule.

I saw Judas Priest at Ozzfest, KILLER show! Scorpions are kinda lame these days though I would still rather see them than some no name thrash or nu-metal band. |

Judas Priest used to be great and still ROCK. Try to listen to "Sad Wings Of Destiny", "Rocka Rolla", "Hell Bent For Leather". There a few others which I consider classic stuff.
I agree with you about Scorpions. I can't stand them. You are a lucky bastard for being able to watch Halford and his bunch. |

Never been to Ozzyfest but I just heard a Priest boot from there and was pleasantly suprised. I would go nowhere near the Scopianos however. |

although i've seen both the bands before, i must admit, the scorpions Sucked when I saw 'em play at nottingham rock city, in fact one of the worst bands i've ever seen live.
But going to see a live gig beats sitting at home watching the telly! |
