That day would be Jimi Hendrix' 60th birthday, and since Snowy played with the group "SNOWY WHITE & THE WHITE FLAMES" seems that it was a tribute to Jimi. Jimi's group with Randy California (later on Spirit) was "Jimmy James and Blue Falmes" (Not that it was Jimmy, Jimi was proposed by Chas Chandler when Jimi moved to London)
