Topic: Williamsburg 75 yes or not? Return to archive

elmolewis69 Hi. I must admit that I already posted this question on IORR but didn't receive a 100% confirmation.
Some sources report a show in Williamsburg on August 5 , during the TOTA Tour.
There's anybody who can confirm this show took place? There's no recording, no photos, no data, nothing at all, except Aeppli book, Gary setlist (indicated as not confirmed) and www.beatzenith.com site.
Thanks for helping me to solve this mystery.

Gazza I dont think it took place, mate - as they played Hampton the next day, so maybe it was on the original schedule and then replaced.

However it'd be nice to know for sure.

Even more unlikely considering the two towns are relatively small and seperated by only 30 miles...the only conceivable explanation for the Williamsburg show is that it was a private gig sponsored by fat cat bankers and, given that this was long before the advent of whining internet types, there was no one around to bitch about it.
