Sorry, but it is still on the tracker. No seeder!!
Why can`t we have an upload date and the name of the seeder??? Would be easier, imho!
But despite that, great work by everybody involved!!!! Thanks!

brianisnotdead Why burns an .iso file so slow? Normally I burn dvdv's in about 8 minutes. Iso files take 22-32 minutes. I've burned them with DVD decrypter/Nero/Clone dvd.
Who has the answer?

MRD8 How do I torrent audio? Now that I have DVD torrenting down pretty well I want to start seeding all of the 1981 soundboards that I have and the ones I soon will have...I've used Exact Audio Copy to extract the tracks to my hard drive then I used Flac Frontend to convert them to Flac files...now how do I get them onto the tracker?
November 12th, 2005 11:00 AM
mac_daddy drag the folder of flac and txt and ffp files into the torrentspy window, just like you drag the iso file...

then make the *.torrent file, just the same as with an iso file...

November 12th, 2005 12:07 PM
MRD8 I think I might've botched this up...songs aren't in the right order...give me some suggestions how to do it right! Anyway its the December 14, 1981 Kansas City concert with Mick Taylor on a few songs.
November 12th, 2005 12:23 PM
mac_daddy do you use a mac or a pc..?
November 12th, 2005 12:51 PM
MRD8 PC
November 12th, 2005 05:01 PM
montana philly dvd is only 2gb??
November 12th, 2005 07:01 PM
MRD8 The Philly DVD I seeded on here is only 2.27 gigs, some strange compression...it freezes for a couple of seconds here and there...its a great filming job...right up there with Kevin's Frnway Park DVD's in my opinion!
November 12th, 2005 07:05 PM
mac_daddy the way to get the tracks in order is to name them properly, then the order is taken care of automatically by all programs...

you can set eac to name files in the eac menu...

November 12th, 2005 09:51 PM
MRD8 I don't see an option for naming the files on the EAC Options, am I just missing seeing it? Which tab is it under?
November 12th, 2005 10:23 PM
mac_daddy eac options > filename

you type in most of it, and then just insert %N for it to assign the proper number...

if i was seeding a stones show from halloween, 81, and i was ripping the first disc, i would enter this in the filename line...

"rs1981-10-31d1t%N"

(enter line without the quotation marks)

then the files that you rip would have the appropriate number...

to do disc 2, you would change the line to...

"rs1981-10-31d2t%N"

hth (hope this helps)

Notes:

As you'll hear Mick tell it, the first ever concert at Petco Park. No better band to break it in, now is there? This show (IMO) definitely reaffirms The Stones' mantra of The Greatest Rock 'N Roll Band In The World. Believe it or not, 43,000 fans were there (for San Diego), our seats were Field Box 110, Row 13, Seats 6-7, just outside the floor. Thanks to Lucie, my hot Sri Lankan/French equipment assistant. Seats happened to be just about between two speaker stands, I believe the sound quality to be very good. I've attached a sample, you can decide. They jammed out 22 songs, over 2 hours, including one of my all time personal favorites, As Tears Go By, one of the first few times they've done it in the last 40 years. Jagger was running around up there like he was half his age. He also shows off some of his baseball knowledge by mentioning David Wells, the ex-Padre starting pitcher! Stage setup was elaborate and awesome, the concert ended with a very cool fireworks display. There are two slight sound glitches, as I realize now that it looks like I have a loose connection in one of the mics. About 15 seconds of Start Me Up where you will lose sound out of one speaker, and then 20 songs later during You Can't Always Get What You Want, there is also some loss of sound in one speaker for less than a minute or so.

As always, your input and feedback is welcome. Enjoy.

kidrocklive i'm not trying to sound ungreatful or anything but MRD8, will you be trying to redo this 10-10-05 philly dvd? I know you had some problems with making it or something, as it freezes every so often and there is like 20mins or so of just random stuff that looks like a screen saver. I'm greatful that you uploaded it. I'm just wondering if you're planning on trying to do it over again and hopefully have it turn out better and whatnot, because if that's the case I won't burn it just yet an wait for the better version. Thanks again though, and take care.

if you sent him the same dvd you seeded, you won't be able to uncompress it, that's impossible. he'd have to have the original dv tapes (or whatever media was used to tape) inorder to do that. menus would be nice though, thx for the quick reply
