gotdablouse This was the object of long debates when that outtake appeared out of nowhere in 1999/2000, actually if memory serves this is THE LAST Stones outtake to have appeared, talk about a drought after the fabulous 93/96 years with the Some Girls/ER sessions coming out and then VL.

Anyway, back to your question, I'm pretty certain that this version dates back to the 1977 sessions as it sounds a lot like outtakes from these sessions, not at all like the 1975 outtakes like Slave, Cellophane Trouts, Sexy Lady, etc...
