It is very true. Although they were not technically the very very first, the were the first "major act" to ever do it. Nobody really heard of anyone eles doing this at that point and time.

Mick said they actually had everything taped up with duct tape it was so difficult to attempt back then and shambled together. I remember this.

yeah, it's true. the first webcast.Dont think it worked too well from a technical standpoint as the whole concept was still in its infancy, but I remember it being reported at the time that they were the first band to do something like this
