On some of the advertising it says Miss You and Saint of Me from Amsterdam are included in the 4 disc set. I can't find any listing for them in the Booklet. Anyone know if they're on? Miss You's my favourite tune. Thanks

I don't recall SOM but I think MY is on one of the discs.

As far as i can see they are not there and the big question is why are all the shows cut and not a full show??
