L&A Sorry if already posted. Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend are working on a new studio album. "Who2" is foreseen for Spring 2005. The band is also preparing a new musical comedy based on "Quadrophenia"...

At once? Cause that would be REALLY impressive! Anyways, I'm praying to the Lord the Who tour. Never seen them, and that is eating at my insides.

I missed that post the first time I looked. That's just odd to say the least. What are they gonna do, get Matthew Broderick to play a frigging mod. Just don't know what the worlds coming to. This is suddenly a big thing now- rock stars making music into musicals/broadway shows. Hopefully the Stones don't go this route....then again if the $$$ is right....

jpenn11 From somewhere and everywhere:

"Before leaving I ask him if the Beatles will ever re-form. I’m hardly the first. These days, sadly, it would only entail one phone call, from Paul to Ringo, or vice-versa. “I would if he asked me,” says Paul. There was a time when this would have constituted a scoop. He goes on: “I thought I was going to play with him once, but he got a shoulder thing.” The Who do it with just two of the originals. So if Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend were to join Paul and Ringo, you’d have the full line-up of vocals, bass, lead and drums. “Right,” says McCartney. “The Whootles.” Remember you read it here first."

I actually prefer The Bhoo.
