Just received the following e-mail from rs.com
Dear Fan Club Member,
The Rolling Stones Fan Club DVD is finished and ready to be shipped to PLATINUM Members!
The footage has been finalized, the case has been designed, the post office has been forewarned, and stamps have been licked. There's only one thing left to be done: Members should update their address in the 'My Account' area with the current address to which they would like the DVD shipped.
Please update your address by November 17, 2005 to ensure that the DVD is sent to the desired address. You wouldn't want someone else enjoying the adventures of Mick, Keith, Charlie, and Ronnie over a bowl of popcorn, would you?

So PLATINUM members get it too....thats a surprise
I bet the folks who joined in June 2004 and thought they were getting something exclusive for their $100 that those who waited for a tour announcement to join werent getting are justifiably pissed...basically folks, it appears you paid $100 for a year for nothing at all.
The e-mail asks you to sign in and update your address, which doesnt quite work if your address hasnt changed and you have nothing to update as you just keep getting a new window with 'save' on it and no confirmation that your info has been updated
anyone else having that problem? |

Yep got the email, address is still the same so I'll wait for the DVD but I will carry on breathing normally.
I think I'll try and forget about it so I'm pleasantly surprised when it lands in my porch! |
