I saw three E.W. shows and they were all killer. His energy levels were incredible and the band and the audience just fed off him.
He looked downright wicked and dangerous too. Besides the '81 tour, I thought the best Keith image-wise - at least post-heroin era. (He was beautiful as a smack-junkie)

Thank you, Mr Belli. You were great on Star Trek and
in Gimme Shelter. Too bad the Zodiac Killer eluded you.
Anyway......I love that beginning jam (Rasta) It's like hearing
steel drums with other instruments.
I did catch that cat in (88-Oakland) and 93(S.F.)
Helped with the Stones withdrawls both times..

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this a warm up for the PBS CenterStage show that aired in the early 90's? I remember the Winos were one of, if not the first, act the show covered.

It aired on both. I can't remember who got to show it first, but I'm leaning towards PBS. VH1 got to re-air it.

I'm sure you're right. It was really good, in any case.
