Couldn't resist to post this e-mail I just received, it makes me feel even happier than Angie

WOW!!!
Yesterday when I got home I found a note from the mail man saying that
he tried to deliver a package to me but that I wasn't home, so instead I
could pick it up at the post office. I expected cd's from a tree or
trade, but no, it read: from G. Liedo, Mexico...
Totally exited I went to the post office an hour ago, and impatiently
waited in line to collect it. I felt the urge to rip the envelope open
right there at the desk, but I harshly spoke to my inner Angie telling
her to control herself and wait till she would get home. So I rode my
bike back home in a hurry (almost got killed by a bus;...twice), in the
fantastic sunny autumn weather, and immediately when I closed the door
behind me, I ripped it open, and.... WOW!!! As I said.
That is some great stuff man! You put quite a lot of effort/time/money
in this, my God! A great big smile broke onto my face when I read your
note and saw that AWESOME picture of Keith (I mean, I knew beforehand
what picture it was, but to see it in that size, that sharpness, that's
something different eh, and knowing it is such a special original photo,
makes it even more vibrant :-)), that lovely 'We're only in it for the
money' banner, hehehe, and last but not least that Mick Taylor cd with
custom made cd-label; very original, a collector's item when I die I
dare say, hahaha!
Wow, wow, wow, wow!!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You are the best, you, Gary and Jaxx, really
fantastic.
I will now go and listen to the Taylor disk, as my roommates are both
out so I can turn up the volume and bass as high as my stereo alows me
to!

That was BEAUTIFUL. I could almost hear Angie sigh 
I am listening to my collector version of Mick Taylor live CD and it ROCKS !!! What is really amazing (for me) is that I saw Mick Taylor play the very next night in S.F. In fact the show was slightly delayed because of Mick Taylor's flight from Mexico City to San Francisco was delayed. (that's what we were told) I think Gerardo's show in Mexico City was better than the show I saw 24 hours later.
THANK YOU Gerardo. I will email you either tonight or tomorrow. Right now I got too many things I have to get done before I leave tomorrow for "the tour" lol. See you all there !
So I should bail and get some stuff done now.

Grin  . Taylor is great, didn't hear all of it yet, but I will make up for it this week. That picture of Keith will get an honourable place somewhere, will have to decide where as I have no room left, haha. It's a fantastic picture, Keef looking so really old with his thinning hair, but still because of his smile he also looks so youthful and warm, aaaaahhhhh!
Hey and Cardinal 'Jimmy' Fang, don't work so hard man, you're always busy  .
Edit: BTW, isn't it amazing how that email of mine travelled half around the globe, from Holland to Mexico to US, within an hour/few hours??? Technology these days is quite impressive, I tend to forget  .

I just want to let you all know that before posting that e-mail I asked for authorization to Angie and she granted it, I will never post a personal e-mail without approval I did it because that e-mail made me very happy and I wanted to share it with you and also to let you know how great was the 4th set of prizes |
