Glad that you guys had an opportunity to listen to the show. bh, I love the Stu Cook era maniacal autoharp madness of Roky's late 70s work -- truly some of the most deranged and sincere rock & roll recordings I know about. Glad you found the show pretty "out there". Out's where I try to go every week. Normally I don't scream with that particular voice, though. Only once a year.
LJ, indeed this fellow RO'er is on the air every Saturday from 3-5 eastern with "The Replacement Party", two hours of rock and roll, jive, soul, r&b, do wop, jug bands, old timey & gospel insanity, funk, jamaican r&b & early ska, New Orleans, garage, country git down. Hope you all come back for more . . . nothing more fun than spinning sounds on the radio . . .
Give me some more of that inside soul and spread some spread on it!
