Topic: Ronnie to appear on Letterman 29th October Return to archive Page: 1 2

CraigP I was just watching the Copacabana show and I must say that Ron Wood SUCKS! I love the way he used to play and like him better than Slash, but man, he blows. I'm a bit upset about this.

I'd like to hold up a sign saying "Please don't wave at me, play your fucking guitar..."

I can play better guitar than Ron Wood nowadays. That is sad.

I guess others were deemed to be 'higher priority' and he got bumped off.

According to either Shidiobbee or IORR, the publicist canceled the appearance. Leno actually had a better show last night!

so Ronnie was wasted??
30th October 2007 11:13 AM
glencar Sure hope not! Remember Charlie canceled back in 1992 or so & Letterman made cracks about it the rest of the night.

Saint Sway I'm sure it had more to do with the size of the toast points they put out on the sandwich trays in the green room.

Ronnie hates having to try and make a sandwich with bread that small.

steel driving hammer If you can't trust the media, who can you trust?

CNN vs Fox News...

It could be like The Beatles are CNN & the Stones are Fox News no?

lol
30th October 2007 12:54 PM
glencar Most definitely except that Fox has many, many more viewers & unfortunately, the Rutles sold many, many more records.
