Just got off the phone with Shelly Lazar a short time ago. She said that if you were supposed to pick up tickets from her today you can instead pick them up tomorrow. No need to come in today. (I figured I'd write/post this a few places to save her the 1,000 phone calls she's sure to be getting this morning)

Those tickets were supposed to be claimed on Monday between noon and 8pm. If not, the tickets were supposed to offered back on sale at 10am this morning.

Thats how it read on the newsletter RS.com sent out

IMO, if you were too lazy/busy/uninterested to pick up your tickets when you were supposed to then you dont deserve to go.
