I'm using the FLAC FRONTEND program off of Stonesvikings.com and when I click on "test" or DECODE an error box will pop up and say FLAC.exe not found...
These are Flac files, indeed...
Anyone know a solution?
Thanks,
Craig. |

try this
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm
i have used it before and never had a problem. Just download it then right click a FLAC file and you will have the option to convert to WAV

You have been trying to run the program without installing it properly, probably directly from the compressed file. |

CraigP: go to http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html and download 'FLAC 1.1.2 for Windows with Installer'. Install that, and run FLAC Frontend from the Start menu.
Mickijaggeroo: you should probably change your guide so that it links to the page above (the official FLAC site), so that people don't have to install multiple programs. CraigP isn't the first person who has posted about this problem. |
