Especially if he makes it out here next spring. ;-)

Denver got a stadium show on the final leg of the 'Rising' tour and two arena shows on the 'Reunion' tour in 2000, so I seriously doubt he'll pass you by.

There'll probably be two US tours next year. Arenas in the spring and stadiums after they come back from the European tour in the summer.

Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band To Perform On 'Today' In Rare Live TV Appearance

For the first time in history, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform live on NBC News' "Today" famed Rockefeller Plaza, Friday, September 28.

This marks Springsteen's second live performance on "Today." In July 2002, Springsteen and the E Street Band made their first appearance on a major television network morning show, performing in Asbury Park, NJ.

In their live concert on the Plaza, Springsteen and the E Street Band will perform songs from their October 2 Columbia Records release 'Magic' as well as classic hits. The band also kicks off their first full scale tour of the US and Europe since 2002-03 on October 2 in Hartford, CT.

I now think that I will attend about 4-5 shows during this leg of the tour. Several reasons why I changed my mind:

1. Bruce in the past has mixed up his setlist from night to night. I do not see him changing that pattern. Practically a different show every night.

2. Ticket prices reasonable.

3. Living in the northeast US, I can attend several shows only having to drive a few hours.

4. The early rumor was that this would be his last tour with the ESB. I have not heard anything more on that, has anyone else?

From Backstreets:
All things being finite, does it enter his mind that this could be the last time out? A "farewell tour"?

"Oh, I'll never do that, man -- you're only gonna know that when you don't see me no more."

Of course, no doubt -- but for the E Street Band as we know it?

"Hell, I don't know," Springsteen laughs. "I envision the band carrying on for many, many, many more years. There ain't gonna be any farewell tour. That's the only thing I know for sure."

The way it should be, the Kiss farewell tour is enough.
