L&A Vooooooooo... that's a post coming from the past, when we were young, lol. How did you find it back ?

M.O.W.A.T. Didn't Stu have a hand in writing part of "Stairway to Heaven" ?

Gazza Page played lead guitar on "One Hit" (basically because Keith couldnt manage it)

Part of Led Zep IV was recorded on the Rolling Stones Mobile. As were many of the songs on sides 3 & 4 of "Physical Graffitti", most of which came from the same sessions as "IV" as they were about 3-4 years old - one of which was "Boogie with Stu", featuring Stu on piano.

It was intended that Zep would be on R&R Circus apparently, but the Stones eventually didnt use them.

No..but he was credited as co-writer (with all 4 members of Led Zep and "Mrs Valens" ) on 'Boogie with Stu'

The only track on Zep's 4th album that he seems to be on was "Rock and Roll"

Really?
I thought that he was there and played on the song.

Gazza he was - but he couldnt master the lead guitar part, apparently.

Thats also the main reason why the song has not been played live apart from about a dozen outings at the start of the '89 tour...

Soldatti You're right, the song not was very well played on the '89 tour.
