Bittorrents is the way to go... There's a thread and a few communities dedicated to trading the best quality stuff around. There's also the old fashioned way through email and online groups that still are popular and the method of exchange is snail mail...
Torrenting may seem intimidating at first, but it's the way to go, you do need a DSL or higher connection.
Google Rolling Stones yahoo Group, see what comes up, it's a really good stones trading circle, and very newbie friendly!
