Neither relevance nor relation as the song is from the 40s or 50s, José Alfredo was born in 1926

Yeah, I guess you're right. I guess the expression or the term "rolling stone" is an old one.

Hi Gorda (promise not to say Gordita again but I did it in good will as it's a nice way to call a gorda)
"Las piedras rodando se encuentras" yeah... That's another song by "El Tri" a band formed at my school and current friends some of them, now known as the Mexican Rolling Stones
The term "Rolling Stone" is even older than Muddy Waters and his grand-grand parents. "A rolling stone gather no moss" |

No, here the right transaltion is "the stones are rolling" as "Se encuentran" here is like saying "they are" not an "encounter"  |
