pdog Since the Loma Prieta earthquake struck NorCal.
I left here the day before, and was in Jersey watching the world Series between Oakland and SF, when it hit...

Saint Sway Don Was told a story that he swears to that after an earthquake in LA (circa VL?), he returned to check on the studio... and EVERYTHING had been tossed around from the quake.. all the equipment... everything on the walls.. shit was everywhere... EXCEPT Keith's guitars! Which were sitting upright EXACTLY where they had been left the night before.

see.. nothing can fuck with Keith. Even Keith's guitars are immortal!!!

I'm not really a baseball fan but I remember staying up late and deciding to watch that game. Thought I was seeing things when the first thing I saw on switching over was a frozen picture on the screen with the message "Game delayed due to earthquake".....

Child of the Moon I remember it very welll. I was living in San Leandro, was only five years old, and was busy watching cartoons. The TV went dead, which drove me nuts. I thought it was construction outside or something. Then my parents are down the hall in the doorway, shouting for me to join them.

My baby sister, who was just a month old, slept through it.
