Topic: "State of shock" v. "Too much blood" Return to archive

Jelly face Joe According to Nico Zentgraf's "Rolling Stones database", the song "State of shock" was released on June 28th, 1984. The "Arthur Baker remix" of "Too much blood" was released in December of 1984. Mick had the whole summer to add the "very fucking funny. Michael" vocals to the track.
Several music magazines, at the time, commented on the inclusion of these lyrics as Mick's retaliation to Jack-O.

Maxlugar Damn I guess you're right. If had to guess I would have said State o' Shock was released at the earliest '85.

I've never heard this remox of Too Much Bllod though. And what would he be getting at by saying that on it?
