Thanks for your help Gonzalo, but if you choose "Save target as" using right button (with the mouse of course) that links work properly... |

I've got the raw recording of the Churchill Downs show. Haven't had the opportunity to split the tracks and get it ready. The b stage set is going to be a problem though as I moved during the set. |

New on tracker today:
New Barbarians - 'Buried Alive' Largo 5-5-79 (DVD 2)
NTSC - Video Upgraded DVD - Part 2 of 2
4.05 GB
DVD 2:
01. Breathe On Me
02. Let's Go Steady
03. Apartment #9
04. Honky Tonk Woman
05. Worried Life Blues
06. I Can Feel The Fire
07. Come To Realize
08. Am I Groovin' You/Seven Days
09. Before They Make Me Run
10. Jumping Jack Flash
The New Barbarians:
Keith Richards - guitars, vocals, piano
Ronnie Wood - guitars, vocals, harmonica, saxophone, pedal steel
Ian McLagan - piano, organ, backing vocals
Stanley Clarke - bass
Bobby Keys - saxophone
Joseph ‘Ziggy’ Modeliste - drums
NOTE: DVD 2 contains the corrected artwork and info file indicating that this is a video - rather than audio - upgrade from previous versions. The encore, "Jumping Jack Flash," was missing from the master video-upgraded DVD that I received; therefore, I had to edit it in from another source. This is the reason for the bumpy start to this song as well as the drop in audio quality. (Ah, the vagaries of VHS-sourced material.) Nonetheless, this is a tremendous document of the show and a must-have for Keith Richards or Ron Wood fans.
Lineage: VHS > DVD-NTSC > Video-Upgrade > DVD > Reauthored w/Nero 7 > DVD
Special thanks to Mr. D and Jumping Jack.

Bob,
I was confused because in the torrent it was included an artwork with this promo clip. Sorry. Now I know it's Mother's 'Lil Helper version.
Many thanks for sharing it !

Bob to the best of my knowledge this is a "Officially released" show. I believe Ian Mclagan even mentions it on his official web page........cabledogg2

Here is a remastered version of Keith's You Got the Silver from the Wichita boot that was posted in bit torrent
Honest feedback would be appreciated...I don't want to mix the remaining songs if it's not making a difference or if I'm making it sound worse...i tried to bring the guitars up in the mix a bit

I compared it to the original FLAC, and you've done a really nice job, Feej. The guitars are crystal clear, Keith's voice sounds closer, and in general it's got a cleaner sound. If you decide to do the whole show, I would most definitely download it. Thanks!

I'm happy with the recordings from Argentina and The Glascow FM...
None of the recent stuff really floats my boat. I always end up listening to Leeds 71, Philly Special, Lost Live Album, Oz 73 sdbd's, Brussels and Handsome Girls.

further you have to expect a few people with very high upload-rates - they give back MUCH more long before they've finished the dl - there's a guy on Dime who once uploaded 25 GBs of one of my torrents while I was struggling with my first GB (a DVD-upload btw).
...
Indeed.
See this:
http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=115375&dllist=1#seeders
It is my torrent. I uploaded it about 5 hours ago, and now my (=auster) upload rate for this torrent is 1.37 GB. You can see that there is a member "xxyyzzyyxx" who has already uploaded 11 GB !!! Almos ten times more !!
My upload speed is 1 Mbit/s. |
