marko Does anyone know?Cdr´s are supposed to "live" 40-100 years.
SO,whats the lifetime for dvd+r and dvd-r is?
My woman needs to know this.

Throughout that time and even today the press will “discover” that the media is susceptible to CD or DVD rot that will eat your information – audio, video or data – in as little as two years after it is written."

I'd die to know WHO THE HELL owned a CD recorder in "early 80s"
