mac_daddy i am saving for as many seats in the "sweet spot," in as many different venues, as i can find. i also am hoping to free a few months from work to go on the road, and do it right. i just hope my old lady's alright with the idea - i guess i'll find out when the time comes to tell her...

I will wait until the official announcement until I start making plans. I am more excited about the Judas Priest tour for 2005, other than that I have no idea who is rumored or planning on being on the road.

Dude! I went to Belgium this summer just gone, to the Grasspop rock festival and Judas Priest headlined on the last night. They Fuckin' ROCKED man. Let me tell ya, you ain't gonna be disappointed. Rob Halford still got the voice. Get yourself along to the new tour when it starts.

I got a dream people! next Tour of Europe, I'm gonna get into my camper van and go on a tour of the countries that they play in, trying to see them at least once in every country before heading off to the next one.

Ideally they may finish off in the UK at Wembley and that would just put the cherry onto my personal european tour!

you heard it here. Thats the dream baby - LIVE the dream!

See 'round europe hopefully - summer '06

Don't need to save just put in on the credit card!

Then transfer balance to another card which offer 12 month interest free and then after that 12 months transfer again!
Etc etc!

Cancel 3rd, 2nd and 1st world debt!

JaggerLips I am absolutely dying to see the STONES again!!! Once is never enough!!!!! As soon as the concert of September 5th at the Manchester Evening News Arena finished I wanted to see them again!!!!
Mick's green hat is still etched in my memory "Just thought I'd wear this for the introductions alright!"

What did Keef say about 'al fresco' never did find out what he said some people I heard laugh, but when you are in the Gods you can't hear everything, Zeeta you went what did he say?

I have an excellent memory and enjoy replaying certain meonets in my mind like Jagger and the rest of the Stones walking from B stage out the back of the arena and the last person you saw before the doors closed was the sashaying Jagger in his blue top. A heavenly image. Yes I've got it bad and I really don't know what I wam going to do if I don't get a ticket!

I CAN'T GET NO SATISFACTION !!!!!

Yeah I saw the Ozzfest gig at Hyundai Pavilion over the summer, it was incredible! Looking forward to the new album and full headline tour as well.

telecaster I paid $17 to see them in '78

I don't know why I remember that

I can't remember what I had for breakfeast but I remember what I paid for a Stones ticket in '78

Did I even eat breakfeast today?

Madafaka I'm always saving for Stones concert! I still have the money of Forty Licks "World" Tour

Lazy Bones One thing I decided years ago was that no live act will ever put me in debt. Large acts who over-charge (imo) don't need my money to the degree where my family and I require months, if not years, to recover.

I already support them by buying their legit albums. Paying through the teeth to see multiple, over-priced shows while on tour is something I leave up to people that can afford it.

Dan The only reason I paid too much last tour was because I wanted to be in the "sweet spot." If I decide to go next time I doubt Ticketmaster will be included in my plans. Including Ebay and a bit of parking lot wheeling and dealing, I paid $75 for a $325 face ticket for Phoenix. Outside of the major markets its hard to imagine them being able to ask that much any more which leads me to believe the tour will just be a few major markets.

Maybe I will be saving up money for the Stones tour after all. But not for tickets, of course.

parmeda I can honestly say that I have the next tour covered.

My biggest problem now is, I have to start saving for the divorce attorney fees that I will faced with once "the games" begin, lol.
